I wanted to wait and post pictures of Audrey's room once it was complete, and looked perfect and beautiful... instead, I'm posting them now. These pictures don't do the colors justice (Tiffany blue, deep red, and metallic silver,) but they will have to do. At this point, I still have to make her crib bumper, quilt, some floor pillows (for her toy/reading area,) and a fabric banner.
Anyways, here's a glimpse into her room as it looks now.
A few years ago I bought these curtains from Goodwill, originally from Ikea. I cut them down lengthwise to fit this area. The white make the area brighter which is nice since the room is on the smaller side.

This is her crib, currently filled with clothes I need to sort and put away, and her shelves. Her shelves are extra special since my dad made them for me, and they used to be in my room at their house. The "A" is a gift from one of my best friends, Cate. The car seats I snagged separately, one at a yard sale and one on Craiglist for less than 1/4 of the original price.
The rocking chair was my grandmother's and was left to me in her will. I remember rocking myself in it when I visited her house. I knew right away when we found out I was pregnant that this would go in her room. The vintage Raggedy Ann I found at Goodwill, and the bunny was my Uncle John's and I used to love snuggling with it as a kid.

Nothing too exciting here, you can get an idea of the metallic silver on the walls and see two prints I've framed. I spray-painted the frames to match the "Tiffany blue" wall color.

I had this in my room as a child and wanted Audrey to have one too. I found it at Goodwill and spray-painted the frame a deep red color to match the theme of the room.
Some other items I've bought and still need to put up in her room. The red frames I spray-painted, they were originally gold. The vintage books I'm going to turn into a small shelf, and the angels are going to hang in her room next to a Audrey Hepburn quote that I like.
That's all for now, baby bump pictures to follow later this week.
